FitForWinter officially starts Feb 15!

Thanks for visiting the FitFor50 website. Through this site, we share tips and ideas wellness, fitness and health tips with you and encourage you to track your fitness and wellness tips through your online playbook. FitForWinter is a quick, four day program designed to get you back on track with your New Year’s resolutions, and shake the winter blahs by sharing tips on exercise and wellness.

Be sure to sign in to start (or update) your Personal Playbook – you can do this at anytime! Remember – fitness and wellness takes time and commitment; setting realistic fitness goals is important.

Also, be sure to join our FitFor50 Facebook page where you can meet others committed to fitness and share your personal success stories. We encourage you to participate – upload your own video, picture or share a story. And if you’re looking for daily fitness and wellness tips, follow FitFor50 on Twitter.

Be sure to encourage your friends to participate in the fun – they can sign up, too (it’s free!) and you can work together to stay healthy and fit!
